Woodland Fabric Mushrooms

Learn to create your own woodland fabric mushrooms!​

This video tutorial will walk you through detailed steps using simple supplies to create a soft sculptured mushroom. Completely hand stitched and very tactile it is easier than it appears to make an unusual decoration or wearable piece. Transform your mushroom sculpture into a one-of-a-kind brooch for a special jacket or bag; fill a glass bowl with several for a show stopping centrepiece; string a few together to create an all-season garland to adorn a mantle or woodland themed nursery.

There are endless possibilities using various shapes, sizes and fabrics to establish your own style. You will learn a few sewing tips on gathering your own fabrics and creating shapes. ​Basic hand sewing is the only requirement.

1 KIT & VIDEO) All supplies provided. Pick up a Woodland Mushroom Kit at Art Aggregate. Sign in to our video tutorial and get started. You can refer back to the instructional video as many times as you like.

2 Video Only) Provide your own supplies. Maybe you have an abundance of textile supplies on hand or you live too far away from Art Aggregate to pick up a Kit. We will e-mail you a supply list and the instructional video link. Once you’ve gathered everything you need you’ll be ready to fabricate.
