Art Aggregate came to fruition when our family of creators outgrew our home as our workspace. As a sculpture grad it wasn’t easy trying to create in the garage – especially in summer heat or late into the night when inspiration strikes. Once I graduated, I lost access to all of the tools, supplies & support that I had become accustom to using in my practice. That’s what led to the creation of Art Aggregate.
Here at Art Aggregate you will find artists at all stages of creation, designers working through iterations, and entrepreneurs building their dreams. We offer classes, private studio spaces, as well as hot desks and a bustling workshop. Our membership fees include access to wifi, a common area/kitchen space & a safe environment to gather with other creative types. As the art scene continues to thrive in Hamilton there are more and more of us who don’t work downtown and require more than just the four walls of a studio. Our goal is to offer a safe space for anyone to work, experiment & create. It’s more than studios spaces and a workshop, our goal is to contribute to the community and the changing neighbourhoods as Hamilton continues to evolve.
